Changes to Western OmniRide Express Routes

OmniRide is making adjustments to some bus services in western Prince William County. Service updates include:

Gainesville-Pentagon OmniRide Express

Gainesville-Pentagon buses will begin serving a new commuter lot at University Boulevard near I-66 starting Monday, October 28. At that time, Gainesville-Pentagon buses will no longer serve the Limestone Commuter Lot. The University Commuter Lot is being funded by Transform I-66 Outside the Beltway.

Manassas-Pentagon OmniRide Express

Manassas-Pentagon trips that serve the Cushing Road Commuter Lot in the afternoon and evening will serve the University Lot instead of the Limestone Lot starting October 28.

Linton Hall Metro Express

Overflow parking will no longer be available at Gainesville United Methodist Church starting October 28. OmniRide anticipates that shifting Gainesville-Pentagon passengers to the University Lot will eliminate the need for overflow parking at the Limestone Lot.

Haymarket-Rosslyn/Ballston OmniRide Express

Three new morning stops are now in service for the convenience of passengers. Buses serve the three new stops respectively before serving their original routing. The new stops are located at:

-Heathcote & Heritage Hunt (across the street from original timepoint)

-Heathcote & Carterwood (across from Legend)

-Heathcote & Sheringham (across from Abberley)
