Annual Tour De VRE Returns Saturday, October 5

Our sister agency, Virginia Railway Express (VRE) annual Tour De VRE returns on Saturday, October 5. The annual event is aimed to bring together communities it serves and raise awareness of and financial support for triple-negative breast cancer. Participants can choose to bike ride a 35-mile full pull beginning at VRE’s Backlick Road station or an 8-mile fun run starting at the Manassas Park station.
Registration is open to riders ages 18 and over, and riders ages 13 - 17 when accompanied by an adult. The registration deadline is 11 p.m. on Friday, September 27. The entry fee is $25, which includes a Tour-de-VRE t-shirt!
