OmniRide Express Buses Operating on ESP 1/14-1/20
Due to wide-spread road closures and strict security protocols being put in place in Washington, DC for the inauguration, OmniRide Express buses will operate according to the Emergency Service Plan (ESP) beginning Thursday, January 14 until at least Wednesday, January 20. Note that OmniRide Express buses will NOT operate on Monday, January 18 in observance of the MLK holiday.
OmniRide Express routes will be FREE – no fares.
In the AM, buses will pick up according to published schedules.
- Routes that originate in Dale City, Lake Ridge, Montclair, Stafford, South Route 1 will take riders to the Franconia-Springfield Metro Station.
- Routes that originate in Manassas, Gainesville and Haymarket will take riders to the Tysons Corner Metro Station.
Please note a change in the PM Schedule:
In the PM, buses will begin service from the Metro Stations at 1 p.m.
