OmniRide Access Eligibility Application

The ADA requires an eligibility process for the ADA Paratransit service. See below to apply for eligibility:

You will be notified of your eligibility status within 21 days after the completion of the application process. If you have not been notified within 21 days of submitting your application, contact ADARide. If a decision has not been made within 21 days of a completed application process, paratransit service will be provided to you until a final decision is made.

Eligibility Appeals Process

If the applicant is found not eligible for paratransit services they may be eligible for reduced fares on OmniRide Local buses. In that case, they will receive an OmniRide Local bus reduced fare identification card.

If you do not agree with a paratransit eligibility decision, you have the right to appeal. Appeals must be made in writing and must be received within 60 days of OmniRide Access’ determination.
