To give residents south of the extended I-95 Express Lanes a cost-effective way to take advantage of using the lanes, OmniRide partnered with the Department of Rail and Public Transportation (DRPT) to operate three commuter Express routes. The routes started service in December 2023 and are fully funded by DRPT.

- 541 - Stafford-Washington (State Dept)
- 923 - Spotsylvania-Pentagon/Washington Navy Yard (L'Enfant Plaza)
- 932 - Falmouth-Pentagon/Rosslyn/Ballston With Transfer to State Dept
- 942 - Stafford-Pentagon
- 943 - Stafford-Washington (L'Enfant Plaza)

New riders are encouraged to register for OmniRide's Rider Express alert system, to receive service updates by email or text. In addition, riders should familiarize themselves with the Emergency Service Plan to understand how OmniRide will operate during emergencies, including weather incidents.
