Winter Weather Expected Jan. 24 & Jan. 25
Winter weather is forecasted in our region this weekend, January 24 and 25, with the possibility of a major winter storm, followed by very cold temperatures into early next week. This may impact OmniRide bus services. Please review the Winter Weather Emergency Service Plan (ESP), which is available here. ESP brochures are also available on buses.
OmniRide will monitor conditions and if service changes are warranted, as soon as information becomes available, customers should check for:
• A Rider Express e-mail/SMS advisory;
• A special alert on the home page of our website;
• Announcements on local television stations and on WTOP radio (103.5 FM) if time and circumstances warrant.
REMEMBER: No news is good news. If you don't see a service change alert, OmniRide buses are operating regular service.
