TDM Specialist - OmniRide
OmniRide, a public transportation agency located in Prince William County, Virginia, is seeking a professional to fill the position of TDM Specialist.
The TDM Specialist performs administrative support work responding to the Transportation Demand Management (TDM) program inquiries and providing information, performing data entry, representing PRTC at events, maintaining records and files, managing customer surveys, and related work as apparent or assigned.
Applicants should have general knowledge of clerical and administrative duties in an office setting and a thorough knowledge of correct English usage, including spelling, grammar and punctuation. Applicants must have the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form, including composing and preparing correspondence, dealing courteously and effectively with the public, and working collaboratively with other departments. They must be detail oriented and be able to manage multiple tasks. Applicants must also demonstrate the ability to analyze support issues and to utilize problem solving/analysis to resolve and/or escalate these issues in a timely manner, along with the ability to read maps and have a knowledge of local street geography. Skill in the use of personal computers, associated software packages, hardware, and peripheral equipment and skill in developing and presenting reports is highly desired.
High school diploma or equivalent and moderate experience in customer service, record keeping, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred. Must have evening and weekend availability.
Starting salary range is $46,013 - $59,817 depending on experience, plus attractive benefits. This position is Hybrid office/telework after an initial training period.
