New Western Express Routes

OmniRide now has two Express commuter routes serving the I-66 corridor that originate from new locations. The 611 route starts in Front Royal and ends in Washington D.C. and Route 612 route begins service in Warrenton and travels to the Pentagon and Washington Navy Yard. Before getting on I-66 Express Lanes, both routes stop at the University Commuter Lot in Gainesville, where riders can transfer to access other destinations – see all schedules here. Riders can transfer between three routes at the University Commuter Lot and there are additional transfer options at the Pentagon.

• 611 Front Royal/Gainesville – Washington
• 612 Warrenton/Gainesville – Pentagon/Navy Yard
• 622 Haymarket – Rosslyn/Ballston

Rides on OmniRide’s Express routes that travel I-66 Express Lanes are currently half-fare – $5.50 regular one-way or $2.75 for riders eligible for reduced fares. Learn more about OmniRide’s services and policies here.
